New Board Member: Cosima von Salis-Soglio

The LEONHARD KURZ Stiftung & Co. KG management board is growing: As of September 1, 2025, Dr. Cosima von Salis-Soglio will take on the role of Executive Senior Vice President Greater China. The doctor of chemistry has been part of the KURZ Group since 2011 and has successfully led key international projects—most recently as Managing Director of KURZ China. With deep regional expertise and extensive leadership experience, she will be a driving force in KURZ’s strategic development across Asia. In addition to her new function, she will continue her role in China—giving the Greater China region a strong voice in the management team.

LEONHARD KURZ has published its latest Sustainability Report 2024 and provides extensive insights into its sustainability activities along the entire value chain on more than 70 pages – from environmental and climate protection to working conditions and human rights. With this report, KURZ highlights sustainability as an integral part of its identity and communicates its activities, goals, and achievements in this area clearly and transparently to customers and partners.
Gold for our honey: KURZ SCRIBOS wins WorldStar 2025

It is a great honor for a strong project: KURZ and SCRIBOS not only won the WorldStar 2025 Award in the ‘Digital Packaging’ category with the visionary honey project ‘Sweet Honey’, but also secured Bronze in the ‘WorldStar 2025 Marketing Special Award’ category. The award ceremony took place on May 30 in Milan. The packaging and label were designed by KURZ Design Management with a focus on sustainability. The viewer receives a digital experience on the journey through the beehive, which protects the packaging from counterfeiting by means of 2-factor authentication with ValiGate® using a copy-supported QR code. The honey project shows how packaging works today - digitally, sustainably and interactively. The WorldStar Award from the World Packaging Organization (WPO) is one of the most important and prestigious packaging awards in the world.
